  Transmittal Messages

These documents are the responses of the Governor to bills sent from the legislature for signature into law. There are three different kinds of Transmittal Messages: Signature Messages, when the bill is signed into law; Veto Messages, when the bill is not signed and sent back to the legislature for possible review or modification; and No Action Messages, when the Governor allows a bill to become law without a signature.

The Transmittal Messages are organized by type and year, and can be accessed via the links at left.
