NORTHEAST INTERSTATE DAIRY COMPACT COMMISSION

The membership of the Northeast Interstate Dairy Compact Commission in Executive Order 96-6 is hereby amended as follows:

1. The members of this Commission shall consist of the Director of the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management or designee who shall serve as Chair; the Director of the Department of Health or designee; the Attorney General or designee and two members of the public with expertise in the dairy industry.

This Executive Order shall take effect immediately upon the date hereof.
