ADDITION OF POSITIONS TO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL

WHEREAS, the Economic Development Council was established by Executive Order 95-10 to build long-term economic growth in Rhode Island; and

WHEREAS, the business community has shown great interest in participation in the formulation of economic development initiatives of economic development; and

WHEREAS, because of this enthusiasm it is in the State's interest to provide for additional positions en the Economic Development Council.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LINCOLN ALMOND, by virtue of the authority vested in me as Governor of the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations do hereby order as follows:

I. Up to three public members to be appointed by the Governor may be added to the Economic Development Council.

This Order shall take effect immediately upon the date hereof.
