2002 2001 2000 1999 1998 1997 1996 1995		Executive Order 96-16.1 December 1, 1996 TERMINATION OF HEALTH AND SANITATION DISASTER EMERGENCY DUE TO WATER MAIN BREAK WHEREAS, pursuant to Executive Order 96-16, a state of health and sanitation disaster emergency was declared due to a water main rupture in the City of Cranston resulting in flooding, property damage, a threat to the water supply and a risk to public health, sanitation and safety in Warwick, Cranston and East Providence; and WHEREAS, remedial measures have abated this health and sanitation emergency. NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue-of the authority vested in me under the Constitution of the State of Rhode Island and R.I. Gen. Laws § 30-15-9 it is hereby Ordered that: 1. The state of disaster emergency declared at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, November 16, 1996 is no longer necessary and Executive Order 96-16 is therefore terminated as of the date of this Order.
