INSURANCE TASK FORCE MEMBERSHIP

The membership of the Insurance Task Force contained in Executive Order 97-10 is hereby amended as follows:

1. The members of this Task Force shall consist of the Director of the Economic Development Corporation who will provide staff support to this Task Force in the course of its work; the Tax Administrator; the Director of the Department of Business Regulation; seven representatives of the private sector with expertise in the insurance industry to be named by the Governor, one of whom shall serve as its Chair; and two members of the General Assembly, one from the House and one from the Senate.

This Executive Order shall take effect immediately upon the date hereof.
